Product description:

This 5-12V converter cable transforms a USB-Powerbank into the ideal telescope companion: the 5V that are usual for USB are converted into 12V as required for telescopes. It’s essential to connect the cable to a 2A USB connector: then 600mA are available from the 12V socket. The cable is 80cm long - for flexible positioning of the Powerbank on your telescope.

Note: Because this cable can only supply 600mA, it will only work with small GoTo-mounts. A regular USB-Powerbank will only last for a few hours. The necessary USB-Powerbank is not included in the scope of delivery!

The 12V connector (5.5x2.1 centre-positive) fits most mounts. Caution: unfortunately MEADE mounts require a different connector (5.5x2.5).
